Summit Epoxy Floors was started in 2016 by Dan Kowalski after ten years installing commercial flooring across the Mountain West. Dan kept seeing the same thing: garage floors coated by painters and franchise crews that peeled in eighteen months, because nobody wanted to spend the time grinding and repairing the concrete underneath.
So we built the company around one idea: prep is the product. Every floor we touch gets diamond-ground, moisture-tested, and repaired before a drop of coating goes down. It's why we can put a 15-year adhesion warranty in writing while others offer one or two.
